Choonie is a handmade art and goods brand owned and operated by Sinthia Sarathy ("Choonie LLC"). All products are handmade and ship from New Jersey.
Choonie LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. This includes but is not limited to orders that we believe are placed fraudulently, orders that conflict with our values, or requests that we are unable to fulfill.
All prices listed on choonie.com are in US dollars. Choonie LLC reserves the right to change prices on any item at any time without prior notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
All custom and personalized items, including Seen & Sent pieces, custom cards, custom paintings, and commission murals, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available on custom work once production has begun.
All custom work is an original interpretation by Sinthia. Final pieces are made with care and intention but may vary from written descriptions or expectations. By submitting a custom order request, you acknowledge and accept this.
All artwork, designs, images, and content on choonie.com are the intellectual property of Choonie LLC and Sinthia Sarathy. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.
When you submit a custom order or product idea, you agree to release all rights to Choonie LLC as outlined in our Rights Release.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged by Choonie LLC. We currently accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, and card. Choonie LLC reserves the right to update accepted payment methods at any time.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Choonie LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. All shipping details will be confirmed directly with the customer after an order is placed.
Choonie LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
Choonie LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
