Idea Submission Rights Release

By submitting a product idea through the Choonie website, you agree to the following terms:

Full Rights Release

By submitting an idea, you acknowledge and agree that Choonie LLC retains full and exclusive rights to create, produce, sell, distribute, and market any product inspired by or derived from your submission. This includes the right to modify, adapt, or build upon the idea in any way Choonie LLC sees fit.

No Compensation Owed

Submitting an idea does not entitle you to any compensation, royalty, credit, revenue share, or ownership interest of any kind. No monetary or non-monetary consideration is owed to the submitter for any product created based on a submitted idea.

No Guarantee of Production

Submitting an idea does not guarantee that the idea will be produced, sold, or acted upon in any way. Choonie LLC makes no promises regarding the use of submitted ideas.

Voluntary Submission

Your submission is entirely voluntary. By checking the agreement box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
