All Choonie sales are final. We put a lot of care into every single order and want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, we are sorry and we want to fix it. To submit a refund request, email a photo of the item to info@choonie.com with your order details. We will respond within 3 business days.
Once the damage is confirmed, we will ship you a replacement at no charge. Please note that we are not able to issue cash refunds for shipping damage. We will always make it right with a replacement.
